Mac: VMWare Fusion

VMWare Fusion is a phenomenon! Fancy running MS Windows on top of Mac OS?

It's a real surprise to discover that Mac actually runs Vista better than PCs. And since it is a virtual machine, you need not worry about rebooting your computer, which unfortunately has been a compulsory habit of Windows users.

VMWare Fusion is much better than Parallels Desktop to begin with. Vista has yet to work well with Parallels. Fusion allows wireless network connection, USB connection, and even DirectX 9.0 on Vista, which apparently do not work in Parallels.

Like all Mac users would testify - Mac simply works.

So hello Mac! Goodbye PC.

The world is infected with a man-made deadly virus, turning humans into mutated beasts. Robert Neville (Will Smith) who is immune to the virus is the last known survivor, and the one and only.

He seeks to reverse the plague with his own immune blood. Contesting his mission are the mutant victims, waiting for him to make a fatal mistake.

A real treat for all the sci-fi fans.

NBA: D... Troit Basketball

Detroit Pistons 117, Milwaukee Bucks 91

It's D... troit basketball again. Tayshaun Prince's 20 points rallied the Pistons to a 117-91 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks. The ever consistent Pistons is starting to get their act together.

There's one thing that the Pistons exemplifies - teamwork. It is a team which there is no apparent superstar. And like the Detroit Pistons of old, their chant has been team defense.

I'm looking forward to see the Pistons play the Celtics in the Conference Finals.
